Anne-Marie Fort
Anne-Marie and her husband Brad are the founders of Deeply Rooted Ministries. Prior to full-time vocational ministry, Anne-Marie worked in city and regional planning in Valdosta, Georgia. After receiving her Masters Certificate from Northwestern University in Learning & Organizational Change she worked as a Leadership Development & Organizational Effectiveness consultant. Following a clear call to vocational ministry in 2016, Anne-Marie worked for almost 7 years with The Church of Eleven22, in various roles including Spiritual Formation Director. She received her Master of Arts in Counseling from Westminster Theological Seminary in 2025 and subsequently founded Deeply Rooted Ministries.

Bret Newell
Bret is the Owner/Broker of Southern Tides Realty and a Broker with Ponte Vedra Palm Valley Realty, serving Northeast Florida for more than 15 years. Throughout his career, he has helped individuals and families navigate one of life’s biggest decisions with honesty, integrity, and a servant’s heart. His experience spans residential homes, land sales, and investment properties, with more than $25 million in closed real estate transactions. Beyond his profession, Bret is passionate about helping people grow in their faith. He is the creator and host of Duck Dog Devo, a short devotional podcast that connects everyday lessons from training retrievers with practical biblical truths. His desire is to encourage others to spend time with Jesus, whether they’re heading to work, the training grounds, or simply starting their day. Bret and his family call Jacksonville home. He is committed to investing in his community, building meaningful relationships, and pointing people toward Christ through both his personal and professional life. As a Board Member of Deeply Rooted Jax, he is honored to partner with others who are passionate about making disciples and strengthening the local Church.

Bradley Fort
Brad is a 3rd generation Jacksonville native with over 34 years experience in the Multifamily and Commercial Real Estate Industries. He has been a Licensed Real Estate Professional for 25 years. His real estate career has focused on construction, development, and management of multifamily and commercial real estate assets. Brad is the Director of Maintenance for Perimeter Realty where he oversees the ongoing maintenance and capital improvements of a portfolio of multi-family properties. He is also a Founding Partner and Licensed Real Estate Broker with Ponte Vedra Palm Valley Real Estate.

Jacquelyn Rogers
Jacq is a proud Duval County native, born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, and a devoted wife and mom of two. She currently homeschools her children - a role she considers both a joy and a calling - while also serving part-time in HR and payroll for her family’s private school on the westside of Jacksonville. Before stepping into full-time motherhood, Jacq spent eight years at MOSH (Museum of Science & History), where she most recently served as Volunteer Manager. During her time there, she developed a strong passion for connecting people with meaningful opportunities to serve and make an impact. Jacq is deeply involved in her local church, where she serves in children’s and student ministries as well as on the care team. Her faith is central to her life, and she is passionate about loving and serving others well. When she’s not busy with her many roles, you can find her spending time with her husband, their children, and their sweet corgi, Mrs. Butters.

Lori Newell
Lori serves as the Kids Director at The Church of Eleven22, leading a ministry that welcomes over 4,000 kids each weekend across 16 locations and growing. With a heart for raising up the next generation to know and love Jesus, she has been instrumental in shaping dynamic and engaging experiences for children and families; ensuring that children experience biblical teaching in a fun and life-changing way. In addition to leading Eleven22 Kids, Lori serves as a Kids Experience Consultant with Blueprint1122 and recently released her first children's book, The Big Brave Choice with Pastor Joby Martin. In her free time, Lori enjoys family beach days, baseball, cooking, hiking, and cheering on the Florida Gators. Her passion for discipling the next generation continues to inspire her work in the church and serving on the board at Deeply Rooted. She is excited to see how God will use Deeply Rooted to continue to gather God's people and grow their faith in Him.

Curry Rogers
Curry brings more than 20 years of senior leadership experience in financial services, specializing in credit risk management, regulatory compliance, financial analysis, and operational excellence. As Program Group Manager (SVP) at Citi, he currently leads the Global Assessment function for the Global Credit Risk Officer Program, overseeing the development and evaluation of senior credit professionals around the world. Curry holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a BBA in Finance from Freed-Hardeman University. A devoted husband to his wife, Jacquelyn, and proud father to Parker and Reese, Curry is guided by a deep Christian faith. He is passionate about serving in student ministry and, in his free time, enjoys scuba diving as a certified assistant instructor and emergency rescue diver. Passionate about community impact, Curry is eager to bring his financial expertise, governance experience, and leadership skills to Deeply Rooted Ministries, helping drive meaningful and sustainable impact.
