As followers of Christ we are called to conform not to the ways of the world but to the ways of The Word (Romans 12:2). We are Kingdom People seeking to be like our Savior, King Jesus, following in His thoughts and His ways. Therefore, it is wise for us to be intentional in the voices we are exposed to, what we knowingly and unknowingly give our time and attention to. May we choose to be formed by words that are rooted in the truth of Scripture, rather than the world around us. Day by day, through our intentional choices and the gracious work of the Holy Spirit, we look forward to joyfully becoming more and more like our Lord and Friend, Jesus Christ, thinking his thoughts and walking in his ways.
