Selah Session: A Biblical Sound Bath Experience

Details:

In the Bible, Selah is a sacred pause—a space to breathe, release, and realign our hearts with God. This Fall, we invite you to slow down and fall into the arms of Jesus.

Come rest in the presence of Jesus and experience the peace of being fully held by Him. Through guided Scripture meditation, gentle sounds, and personal reflection, this Biblical Sound Bath creates space to release your burdens, quiet your mind, and listen for the voice of God.

You don’t have to strive, fix, or figure everything out. Simply come as you are, surrender what you’ve been carrying, and allow Jesus to meet you in the stillness. Rest. Listen. Receive.

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” — Matthew 11:28
